Gregory "Greg" Efthimios Louganis (born January 29, 1960) is an American Olympic diver and author. He is best known for winning back-to-back Olympic titles in both the 3m and 10m diving events. He is openly gay and has tested positive for HIV. He recounted his story in a best-selling book Breaking the Surface.
